I never realized that neighborhood was a mixed density development with even some commercial in SAFE walking distance. Honestly something we need a lot more of in the city! However, I believe that is also the neighborhood that the contractor messed up the drainage and caused a lot of street flooding so the city had to come in and install pumps to lower the lake’s water level.
