The presenter did an exceptional job on her presentation. I know this community well. I think property viewers should do a part two (2) and include the gate entrance and the private beach area that is reserved for the community. They should try to visit other models and drive around within the community.

Everything is jus right. The lighting compliments the furniture, the trims, etc. So so beautiful...wowwwww. love the bathroom amenities. Everything so modern..
For this price the kitchen should have been more seamless with the refrigerator also the mixture of warm and cool finishes are clashing. The decor is weird to me. Those carvings would go well with soft white/ cream linen chairs and couches. The cool grey is clashing with it. To each his own still. The bathroom finishes are clashing as well.
I've always been interested in buying land in Whitehouse Westmoreland. I visit Jamaica every year and drove around looking at the beautiful ocean, and properties. I was interested in a piece of land and contacted the seller Andrew Duncan who was very unprofessional. He didnt responded to my enquiry. He probably feel cocky because his name is big in Jamaica selling houses.
Smh...all some of unuh Jamaican do is to criticize!!! That's all the Value unuh have, the value of criticism. This is a very lovely house and for what house prices are now a day it is worth it.
Notice they do the same thing with the athletes. They do well they shower all the praises but the moment them slip up, they stomp them to death with criticism. No wonder many of them can’t prosper. Plus JA contractors want to be millionaires in USD just from one build...yours. I have land in Jamaica and I am seriously considering purchasing a vacay home in another country because there are waaayyy too many crooked contractors and common thieves there to build your own. Box houses are supposed to be economical in cost mainly because you didn't have to do the typical style roof amongst other things. Why is this so expensive? In other tropical islands this house would have been far less in price. Why are they quoting to us in USD instead of JMD?
@@islandbreezy441 Because they are not catering to or trying to appeal to regular Jamaicans. They looking for returnees or those abroad wanting to build vacation homes. With these contractors cutting corners in building construction I am not sure I would trust anything they are selling 🤷🏽♀️ Just saying
love the natural light, ventilation, large windows and high ceilings. it's a contemporary design with style. however some of the finishes could have been better, for that money would like a island in the kitchen, better backsplash, marble or granite countertops, more space for a jacuzzi in the primary suite that space didn't seem practical. Also it was a little overkill on the wood staging ! All in all good space hope to see some of these designs for Kingston for the same price maybe good value !
This builder did an amazing job because this is the first modern contemporary feel house i really like in Jamaica…. It inspired me and give me hope to not have to turn to American builders like toll brothers and blue heron even though they’re my two favorite builders. Now we talking Jamaica

I have a question to ask to ask can we apply for a loan for the property or properties in question? also do you have other properties that are in a gated community or communities? the reason why I asked these questions is because as a Jamaican decent I want to live in my parents country. I see why mommy called Jamaica her home and why she wanted to retire there. she wasn't given that opportunity due to her passing in 2012 and I vowed to her that I would go back home with her. To me this extremely sentimental to me because she was and still is my everything. I had wanted to gift her a house but not just any house but a nice big and spacious one where she can grow her coconut tree dem and ting yuh know but yeah! thank to the woman who was presenting the home she was so nice and very professional. I loved her politeness and her sense of style. plus the place felt like home and colors were so pretty. thank you for capturing the beauty of Jamaica in this interview. You did an amazing and fantastic job!
lovely house. I see a lot of shrubs in the surrounding area. This community needs some exotic trees to give it a nice tropical look. such as a variety of palm trees, flowering trees and other colorful plants
Location is a dream spot to have a vacation house. I wish the Kitchen was a little bigger, seems the layout for the washroom could give that extra space.
Love the interior decor and lay out . I would have appreciated a his and hers section for the primary bathroom. The views are amazing. A bit pricey but it’s the views for me. This is more for a mature living space
Overpriced is an understatement..I don't know why Jamaica sell their properties so expensive.. But It looks ok, but I wouldn't buy a property in Westmoreland..
@ Charm.. The National Housing Trust of Jamaica( NHT) builds homes in housing schemes that fits your low budget. Go there. Affluent Jamaicans here in the diaspora of USA, Canada and the UK are the target audience. You have no knowledge of White house in Westmoreland. There are large homes with Affluent Jamaicans and non Jamaicans who live there. A Hotel resort is there. It's a coastal community. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

@@homedecorbudgetistaWithout going into too much details..I live overseas and i say I had a very bad experience with a developer and lost a great deal of money with one of my investments in Westmoreland..
Buyer beware if you buy into any Moorlands development set aside another $300,000 USD to fix problems that they create, the house looks nice and appealing at first but guarantee that fixtures, fittings and basic amenities will stop working soon or develop faults as this developer cuts corners all the time when building properties.
Nothing special about this house for US $580K!!! At the very least install a garage door and garage window. There are no cabinets and laundry sink in the laundry room. At this price point I would expect more such as crown moldings, baseboards and window trims/casings. Come on developers you can do much better!!
