Looking inside the crankcase of an XPT's VP185 Engine. As the system is being primed with oil we can see through the open crankcase doors the big ends of the conrods and thier fasteners, crankshaft counterweights and the sump. Oil is dripping down from jets designed to fire oil into the piston area in the liner as well as from various oil grooves. We look down into the sump to see it filling with oil.
In the background you can hear the noise created by the pump.
