Two questions mark: 1. Do you think that 880k is not that much to the CEO as it is to the common investor? If his salary is 5m+ a year a then I would think this is a drop in the bucket to them and without seeing their full portfolio I would have trouble being convinced of this as an indicator 2. Is it not possible that they know investing 800k will be perceived as a buy signal to the people looking for inside investing as an indicator?

For SEC SC 13/G for insider purchases,, I was looking around for the inside sales code. I googled around and it seems to be Form 3, 4 or 5? On EDGAR, i saw something on microsoft as 4-1 or smth, but it showed some discussion on their sourcing or origins of materials? Would appreciate how to find out about inside sales.

@@MarkMeldrum Ok - It seems to be net purchases...it roughly ties out to Reuters provided you...That said, it's spread among many of the executives...in 5k - 15k share amount lots...not one person for $800k.
They are an my watch list, but I have no position. Limited geographical exposure, and a div. that is half the sector average. However, they have held up rather well in the sell off, only giving up the most recent gains. Nice steady price appreciation over last 5 years. I would not ignore it.
