I don't... I have been wavering back and forth and back and forth about starting one. I have a lot of fears around social media- literally besides this all I have is facebook. What kind of things would you want me to post on instagram?
OCD Illustrated Thanks for the reply . I have an Instagram account as an ocd person. I've created one its ocdsupport_ I suffer from contamination ocd and its more like mental & emotional contamination .
I'm so glad there are a number of us feeling comfortable using social media to raise awareness and spread support, expecially around less well publicized OCD themes- like emotional contamination.
