Until a traing school with educated training police officials who will teach the student police the five pillars of their duties : (1) Protection of the citizens (2) Implementing of the law. ( 3) Protection of properties (4) Protection of lives of the citizens and (5) Maintaining of the law without bias......Salone will never develop . The Salone police force is inadequate in all law enforcing systems ......because the government is not 4 progress 4 the people and the country . Why so much empty promises and fairy tales by the leaders ?
