Inspector Intake Form Using Gravity Forms and Zapier 

INTAKE FORM 101 :: Here's a custom intake form that populates my Google Calendar with specific details from the form, takes a payment (if by credit card) then creates and sends the client the inspection agreement where they may print/download.
The process is totally automated.
I used Gravity Forms and Zapier.
My total cost is about $250 bucks a year annually.
The client never leaves my website and I control the landing pages of each stage of the submission.
