Unfortunately the anti-reverse switch is a function of the past that's no longer needed. Guys like me that hit that corrosive ocean water using +5K sizes hate having that hole in the body to let water in. But it seems the fresh water anglers who are into finessing baits like it. That's why you see smaller spinners being offered with those thin skinny "I" knobs over the grippy "T" knobs from larger units. Okuma is beginning to steer away from those anti-reverse switches in their newer larger salt water units from what i can see.
@@ScubaChris Mahalo for the reply. I may have to look more into the Inspira isx, there’s a whole lot of value to be had for much less than what other brands are offering at a higher price tag. 🤙🏽🤙🏽
The other one is the Ceymar HD CHG-C5000A. On sale C H E A P bnib on eBay for a song. Mine just arrived this morning. Only 1 dealer is offering it super low. Had to jump on it. Glad i did. @@hideo96744
I'm very sure it's extremely good but was never sent one to try. I purchased this Inspira reel way before it's release date from an angler that tested them.
