Insightful video, however, I feel an update would be useful to people. In Cadence, Boyd Gaming has announced a new casino (Cadence Crossing) with a hotel planned as a later phase of the project. There are also three new parks/recreation areas being built in Cadence currently along with a wide array of biking and walking paths. Also important to include is Cadence's closeness to Sunset Station and Stephanie street as well as the Costco on Marks Street. Only about a ten-minute drive from the vast majority of cadence, for me in my home, those areas are actually closer and quicker to access than Water Street and Old Henderson. It may also be helpful to note that The District and Green Valley Ranch are about the midpoint between the two communities (about a 15-20 drive from either).
I choose Cadence D.R. Horton’s. 7th best Master Plan Community 2023. NO SID or LIDS here. Amenities Cadence also included a huge Sports Park being built right now. Joker casino is becoming a Cadence community. We also have a lot of family friendly events in Cadence. Just mins away from 11/95/93 also Lake Las Vegas and 15 minute drive to Hoover Damn. 25 mins to downtown and airport.
Very nice and helpful video. To sum it up, if you're over 55 choose Cadence. Low HOA (not too happy about no tennis courts), quiet, safe, lack nice shopping area, perfect if you're a homebody. Choose Insprirada if you're the opposite of what I said about Cadence. 🙌🙌 but $2400/yr extra HOAs and SID and LID is boat load of cash.
Just choose Inspirada over Cadence, because Cadence is built on a biohazard dumping grounds. Build a pool in your backyard and your that much closer to it! I think it’s 6 foot of contaminated dirt replace with 6 foot of uncontaminated dirt.
@@thethomasgrouplv do your research. Cadence was built on a toxic bio hazard dumping ground. You think they dug 50 feet down to remove all of the contaminates? The toxic seeped will past where the soil they removed. In 20 years those residence will have a higher rate of cancer diagnosis.
