Gotta love a craftsman who isn't afraid of using fine grain sandpaper! 😊 When I watch these types of videos people seem to have like 320 as finishing and I think to myself "Come on, you've spent so much time and effort into already, why not spend a little extra time and use some finer paper and get the really smooth feel?" I'm a carpenter myself and done a fair bit of sending, by hand(when you want top result) and after the last oiling when everything is whiped dry again(back bleed too) I've used a nylon stocking on a sanding plate and gotten some really nice gloss. Have you ever tried that? Don't know if it works with your products... Cheers & thanks for showing your fine work!
I knew it was going to be stunning whenever you started drawing! The blue iridescent resin really makes it so beautiful! And the little touch of purple is just really cool. Great work!❤😊❤
It’s been over a year since I’ve seen any of your videos, unfortunately. I’m glad to see that you’re doing well and that your work is still beyond exemplary, Morgan ❤️
Goofy me! About half way though, I said, "I'm not so sure I'm going to like this one." But you proved me wrong, because of course it's just gorgeous! Thanks for the beautiful bowl and for my Friday ASMR to get me settled into the weekend. Take care - Vee
Beautiful bowl for sure. It’s a shame you didn’t have a cutting tool to remove the core so you could have a set of bowls. All that beautiful creation that just doesn’t exist anymore!
@@bawbreizhartwood I hope you liked my comment. All I remember from French Class is “ovre la port”(open the door). Can’t begin to tell you why that has stuck but it has. Anyway, beautiful workmanship!
Judie No, it depends on the depth of the bowl, the number of spaces to fill, the porosity of the wood, the ambient temperature as well as the quality and fluidity of the resin...😉
@@bawbreizhartwood hi! Cyanoacrylate glue is quite toxic...to the lungs...and there are even warnings to use in a well ventilated area and it's medical glue used in surgery...not regular CA glue. If regular CA glue gets into the blood, it's bad news. I believe there is also a warning for it not to get in deep cuts.
