I want to share my story. Progressed from band 8A to 8B within 3 years. Now works as a senior doctor with Emergency Services, Air and Ambulance. I was a diploma nurse before. ☺️ Hope this inspires others.
@@kuttumon398 To work as a doctor in the UK, one needs a GMC registration. You won't get registration unless you are a qualified medical graduate. A nurse can never work as a doctor, let alone as a 'senior' doctor (otherwise known as a consultant) unless she/he completes a medical degree.
