I know this video was made years ago but I love this director x,D he made such a beautiful sounding alto section!!! They have such full beautiful voices for girls so young x)

This director is great!

So when do they have time to learn all that music theory and pitch training? Who gets them literate so they're able to know what he's talking about by middle school? Does he see them every day for rehearsal? What a difference when you see your students more than 20 min. once a week!
