...or until something interesting happens. This turned out really well. It has some peach flavour and sweetness, but it isn't too much - this liqueur still tastes like whisky.
I've been having fun infusing spirits recently. One that came out particularly good was lapsang souchong (a smoked tea) in some lackluster rye whiskey I had lying around. It ended up coming out remarkably close to a peaty scotch.
