I wonder if they should have a category just for seniors. That lady is incredible, moving and dancing is excellent for everybody from teens till you drop dead in your 100s.
I'm starting to get addicted to this show! I just discovered it yesterday. I'm playing catch-up with all the videos. I've never been so inspired by so many dancers who are going for their dreams. I really believe if you keep moving by exercise or especially dancing: No matter what style of dance you love to do? It is the "KEY" to a much longer life! Mrs. Peter's is 80 years old & still teaches Ballet? Her dance moves are elegant & graceful. Mrs. Peter's is a living testimony, that if we live the right life style, anything's possible! It's up to us in what we chose to do with our lives! God Bless You Mrs. Peter's ✝️ She's 80 years young & you can easily see how much she loves life! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Christine Jackson - Age is a number, the real truth is what you believe in your mind, if you think and believe you are young and live it in your heart and soul you will stay that way. Both my parents were young, gorgeous, way beyond their years my Dad is 83 and looks not a day over 60, my Beautiful Mom, bless her adorable young heart and soul, past at a month before her 73rd birthday but she was absolutely gorgeous, even though people tell me how young I look, and tell me I don’t look anywhere near my 50’s, she had less wrinkles than I had at 50 and she was 21 years older than myself. I’m lucky because I have/had the best parents and they were both young at heart, young looking, and young thinking people. They always parented us strictly but also let us have our independence and have a good time, as long as they could be there when the kids were having some drinks, so they could make sure things didn’t get out of hand, and the other parents knew there was adults monitoring the situation. If you think young, you WILL look young, but you have to take care of yourself as well. It doesn’t happen on its own, it’s all a process. To be young you must think, feel, act and do things, that young people do, and not act like you are an old man or old maid.
Some people are born to dance , and truly found there calling for dancing at a young age AND NEVER LOST IT ! Amazing ... NOTHING ELSE THEN RESPECT FOR HER 👌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰
The secret to aging gracefully is to keep moving. This woman is an example of that. Once a person stops moving, that is when the body freezes up. I would love to be able to move like this woman.
Fun fact yall I went to her dance company since I was 2 till 9 then moved on cheerleading and miss Sonia taught me all the time so did Barbara’s daughter :)
