Sorry it took this long to get back to you. So when it comes to how strong the quick release mount is, I couldn't tell you with 100% assuredness how strong it is. I use all of my cameras alot (I just don't upload the footage I record) and when it comes to the quick release mounts, I've only tested them to as high as 134mph mounted on the outside of my vehicle and there haven't been any evidence of the mount being compromised. People say the quick release mount has some play in it and it does. But for some reason, it doesn't bother me and it definitely doesn't make me feel like I will lose my camera. I would give it a try and not be discouraged by the extra play in the mount. Another good thing I like about the mount Is it has a locking latch for extra security. Although I've never used it, you may use it for your use case. When it comes to recording 9:16 and 16:9, I would tell you to get the X3, however the AcePro has a recording mode called "Free Frame Video". This video mode allows you to make your video 16:9 or 9:16 in post editing via insta360 app so you don't have to worry about mounting your camera sideways to record the 9:16 ratio. And your English is perfectly fine!

So you're looking for the removal of the actual lens cover? Then right over the naked sensor put black tape over the top of the sensor and another strip over the bottom to give it a cinematic look? I was trying to visualize exactly what you are inquiring. And yess almost hit 1000 subs. I just want a good solid team rocking with my channel as I get better and better

@@Jonasegway im not gonn atry it myself but...think about it. Id assume this sensor is probably the most expensive camera theyve used besides the 1" sensor and leica lens they used on the one rs1 modular action cam from 2022. The only problem with that was narrow feild of view. Even without the 5nm chip that 1" leica from that camera was crazy....justr too narrow for most and the combo 360/2 action cam optiuns was too much for most to wrap their haeds around. Theavg tech customer is basic. Example this camera gets trashed by reviewers for not being a walk and vlog talking head camera on the same level as an a7s... its crazy the cameras reviewers compare this to. compared to my gopro session 5, its basically a arris, lol... Insta360 has never made anything as poorly designed with worse stabe and the most noise any camera has ever had. Ill even say, i didnt think a fisheye could be as blurry as the session 5, and on instas first attempt, they make 360 cameras that make new shots possible that werent before. Thats the difference btw companies. One got complacent the other is taking them down and not even slowly/ If they used they RS leica 1" from theirlast ONE RS cam and made it user replaceable in case anyone mucks it up.... I guarantee itd be crazy. I thnk thyeonly didnt do that bc it makes their next gen easy to plan for

You know....I like the way you think. This is the sorta thinking I do. I am very glad Insta360 is here. They are really stepping out there with the big moves. GoPro and DJI have been tit and watering around playing it safe which I get.....it seems like they are just buying themselves time by trying to sloooowly release new tech but insta360 came out like HEEEY look at what's really out there and look how it performs in an action camera!!! Now they. Basically forced the other two big guys to get down with the get down or die a quick death

In person, I really like it. It has padding where it matters, the two cold shoe mounts and access to EVERYTHING while still being able to use the mic adapter, QuickReader, and access to the battery as long as you don't have the vertical mount installed. The only think I would do different is different colors and add ¼"holes anywhere they can for versatility purposes and we have a winner. This 30g cage feels much lighter then my media mods/DJI action 3/4 ukanzi cage.

I agree. I don't know if you have one but that Insta360 quick release would do for now to give you that ¼" thread on the bottom while still being able to use this cage

@@Cameraflyer- that was the only difference I've seen. I will agree wholeheartedly I prefer the quick release latch. I thought there were more pros the way your energy came off.
