that disc hanging around your neck should be a wireless charger for the go 2. one you can swap out and keep a full battery at all times. bet you can put up to 4 charges on a plate that size

I almost love my Go2. Almost but I like it. Two things prevent my love for it: 1) The huge files in Pro mode is a pain to transfer from camera to phone. 2) The heat stops my time-shift shoots at about 15-17 minutes.

When I export my edited video to my phone, I don't get a full video, it puts the clearer version of the video in a small window in the left corner of a darker grainier version of the same video. What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting I'm missing?

First impressions after 5 days using my new 64GB Insta360 GO 2: overheating within a few minutes , ultra short battery on pro mode. Hard to use without the app (at least for me).

We completely understand why you might be worried when your camera feels hot to the touch. The temperature of the camera will naturally increase after a long time recording or downloading files. However, the camera’s overheating protection system will prompt a message and shut down the camera automatically if it gets too hot. When this happens, simply set the camera aside for a few minutes to let it cool down before recording again.

Hey Dylan! Always remember to shoot in Pro mode for the best results when shooting and when exporting from the app you can customize the bitrate (set it to the highest), this should improve the overall quality of your videos 👌🏻
