RU-vid has a ton of videos with so much tech talk and the RU-vidrs think giving so much information about things to an average person might help them, but The truth is that most people don't care about all the tech jingo... What we want to know is what things matters the most, and you have got the best video on RU-vid. You give the right amount of information that a person like me, who is very new to these cameras would like to know. You give the information that would actually matter and help anybody who wants to use this camera. Mine will arrive this weekend and I'm excited and after watching all those videos and wasting my time I found a perfect channel for all my questions. Keep up the good work. Take care👍🏽
THANKS for the video Young! I'm excited to use my new X3 too. Question, When the X3 is in your back, do you use the sleeve that came with the camera or still just the silicone lensguard? I'm wondering if would scratch the screen if I dont use the sleeve.
I use the silicon lensguard becoz i have that. you can use the sleeve when placing in your bag. i would always use something to cover. but when i use the camera very often then i sometimes do put it without anything in my pocket 🤣 the lens are strong but always good to be careful:)
@Young360 LOL I hear you. I have both the guard and sleeve. The guard is easier to put on the X3, while the sleeve protects more surface. *Would love to see your demo of using Inst* a Studio!! *

I've had the one X since it came out and love it. Still haven't damaged the lens! So, I often walk with it in forests. Once I frame the 360 to 1080p, the details that I see on trees isn't as good as I'd like (I've been a forester for 50 years) - pretty good but not good enough. I had been thinking of springing for a dedicated 4K camera then I heard about the X3 which can use a single lens at 4K. What I'd like to know is- will the detail with the single lens at 4K be much better than framing a 5.7K 360 to 1080p? And, with single lens- how will it work with the selfie stick because the camera will need to be vertical. I've seen people put smart phones on selfie sticks and they can adjust the camera so it will be vertical. I suppose I could hold it straight up or down or sideways but that's inconvenient. Or, use it on a chest or head mount.
Hi Young, this new Insta360 X3 seems a little bulky but I know it's worth it. 72 MP is very good. I hate those straps is a mess to put them on. Don't let behind your camera.. lol Great video... Mamma!!!

I found it very interesting about the rice fields with the snails, living here in Yukon Canada, this is quite foreign to me obviously, thank you for the great video!
most of rice farming nowadays are sowed and harvested with specialised trucks/tractors, and modest amount of pesticides sprayed by drones :) several decades ago, a lot of those farming was done by hands or using cattles. so, you are absolutely right about done by hands!

What is the quality of the photos like? I have seen numerous reviews and not one single person has mentioned the photo quality. I feel cheated just buying the RS 1 inch 360 Edition recently as its an £800 camera with 21megapixel photos, while the X3 is half the price and 72 megapixels. Thanks.

The X3 has a half inch sensor vs the one inch, and that creates an obvious quality difference. Your 21MP stills will hold together better than the X3 both when zoomed in and especially in low light.
those are from bike mount from insta360.com but the rubber part was too thick for my bike but i got the rubber separately from a local dollar store 🤣🤣🤣

Is there some kind of sharpening going on in the camera or maybe in the software? Often times I find the edges of the object in focus (you) too sharp. It almost looks like you are cut out with a pair of scissors. I have seen the same effect in other videos, from others, as well.
Hello! Great video! I have the X3 and I'm having a hard time with audio/video being out of sync. I shot a video of me jumping in a pool with it & the audio/video sync was so bad I wasn't able to use it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hi Miss Young, Which charger are you using to charge Insta360 X3? I mean whats its wattage, voltage & amperes.... The website shows 5V & 3A but what about wattage?
When you come back to Hong Kong? Can you make a test on photo shoot for x3? As most people test on video performance, but I think the biggest update on x3 is photo n Timelapse.
