If X4 comes out with ace pro night shooting quality, then it is a perfect camera for me. I have been using X3 exclusively for my trip and it works fantastically.
Still rocking the One R. It's three years old now but still cuts it for my needs. I edit mostly on the studio desktop app and export the clips in 4K ProRes and then whack them in Resolve for cutting, colour grading, etc.
Same dude! Until I scratched the lens on my one R last month traveling to Puerto Rico. I put it back to the regular 4K mod but miss the 360 aspect. Torn between just buying another 360 lens or upgrading to x3
Still on the fence. I absolutely hate the barrel distortion, and I just want to use this camera so that in post I can make it look like I’m not using a 360 camera. But I have yet to see a single video where someone is doing this. The 360 effects at this point look dated: I mean Kendrik had a “tiny world” video years ago, and Insta360 has shoved the other effects down our throats in marketing so much, they just seem like dated trends. Would love it if you made a video about using a 360 camera but reframing your shots so they didn’t seem like it. Essentially I just want a “24mm” or “35mm” camera I never have to point at anything specific.
I agree mostly, especially on the over used effects. Regards the barrel distortion, have you’ve played with LINEAR mode in post in the app ? - this does get rid of the distortion.
Hi, I am a newcomer to 360, although longtime photographer. Trying to upload 360 photos to Facebook and they won't display 360. Could you do a post showing the best ways to do this and explain some of the pitfalls. I am sure there are plenty of other users experiencing the same problems and you would get great viewing lol
I’m done with gear. Went from X to X2 but support stops whenever a new model arrives, even if new features could be added through firmware upgrades. Same happened with GoPros.
i am always facing the stitching issue, be it normal video recording or bullet time.. and the software error when shooting photo at 72mp, its always black and white....
@@popopopo4981 I've been exporting from 360studio and combining in DaVinci resolve, but then you also need to use a metadata tool to make it work as a 360 video
