Your channel was the first place I heard “real g’s move in silence, like gnomes”, approximately 10 year ago. I tell people things in part, so I get some of the juice of seeing their response, but I don’t tell my full vision to almost anyone anymore. REALITY TV IS A GREAT CHOICE FOR REVIEWING ON THE CHANNEL - each season is its own thing. Love it love it.
1. Enjoyed the podcast format, I took my little coloring book out and was listening to the yapping. Lovely. 2. Getting started is so hard, that initial push takes so much. 3. Talking to people about future "moves" helps me with accountability. (Does not always work but it helps)

I love IG ! I think I use it more for travel planning and I use it almost as a thankfulness journal in picture form. I get to photo dump and clear up space on my phone.

Everything is way more relatable and for the characters I have more trouble relating to (charlotte mostly) I can still empathize with her and understand where she’s coming from. Not all of the episodes aged well but overall I find it comforting and highly entertaining!

Yes! I hear you so hard on Amanza ♡ she is so crazy beautiful BECAUSE she is this smart, emotional, expressive hero of her own life! She has been on a journey! I totally think she should have a spin off show about her life as an artist! Btw, I've learned from fellow ADHDers and through ADHD coaching that it totally is the first push of motivation that seems like a mountain to our brains! I will force myself to do certain things that must be done, but it ends in burnout and / or meltdown most times. I learned a good method to balance that maybe you or others who feel extreme dread from any kind of demand. It uses colors to categorize activities. Hard things are red- yellow is boring and repetitive. Now if you do a red or yellow activity, you can help yourself or reward yourself, before or after, with a blue calming and restful activity and / or a green activity which is invigorating or inspiring. Be intentional with what you choose. Knowing you will feel relaxed going into something that would normally make you feel nervous is helpful, or knowing you can let off steam after will help motivate you. It really works for me- it gives the dopamine needed for that first push and recognizes my constant overwhelm and need for regulation, so I can "do the things", at my pace of course.
