Yeah, Kelingking Beach, Nusa Penida. Well worth the visit and certainly lives up to the photos. This was not a good example of expectations vs reality. The beach is dangerous though - several tourists have died there. When I swam there people got all confused and wanted me to get out again.
I think we should clarify something, the thing about tourists is true, there are a lot of them in Vinicunca (which as a Peruvian surprises me, because getting there is like having an anvil in your chest), but there is a difference. One of the videos happens on a sunny day, and the other on a day when it is snowing and therefore cloudy XD. Likewise, if you come to my country, go to Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, Sacred Valley,The Coricancha, etc. Believe me it's more worth it.
1st one: same place, less color 2nd one: same place, it’s just a wave 3rd one: same place, it’s just that the water was reaching you I don’t mean any hate btw
No, colouration is about right. I know the location. But the exact conditions for the ice to be like that lasts for about a week and then the seasons done. Very hard to predict and when it happens, you have to drop everything and bolt out otherwise it's its covered in snow and it's ruined.
First one I completely agree, the 2nd 3rd though, people just can’t get their timing right. Those places are actually beautiful if your there at the right time
From what someone wrote, it might not be so fun, because it seems like the waves on this beach on Bali has swept away many visitors into the ocean. Swimming is forbidden there now, because of how many people went missing/died, because of those waves.
