Hi Julie, these boosters all have a maximum of 50db output per FCC so I think they probably perform similar. I will say I contacted both Surecall and its competitors customer service via email. Surecall responded within one hour. It's competitor was emailed twice and it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten a response. This is why I chose Surecall. Thank you so much. This is one of the simpler upgrades I have done. As always running the wire can be challenging depending on your rig but I use the refrigerator vent which makes it super simple. Overall this booster just plugs in and it works. It has performed flawlessly since I got it.

What's wrong with using this on a car? Does the outside antenna interfere with the inside antenna, if the two antennae are too close?

Yes you can use this on a car. It actually comes with a car exterior antenna. When you order the RV version they include a bigger omnidirectional antenna. It is designed for all vehicles.

Wow Lou, Your up and down without boost is awful. How far from a tower are you? Boosted is a dramatic improvement. Looks like good stuff. I will not be entering the giveaway, but congrats to however wins. Nice work on the install and great giveaway. T.U. as always!

Hi Bruce thanks for watching. The location where I was has very bad cell service. Actually, if I was 100 ft east I would have no service.
