You accomplished a lot today. What vlogs don't show is the mental and physical effort it takes to build and move these metal monstrosities. Great job, Mike.

Hi again MIKE Happy to see ya! Missed you all for a bit with health stuff so it will be super to have you back everyday! I know the new equipment will be great for you and happy about your relationship with them as I'm pretty sure it will be a good one for both. I was really impressed with the guys you talked with a while back. Stay safe getting that set up. Hi to Erin too and hope the store and the veggies are all doing good. Finally better weather so the kiddos can get outside more and longer! Catcha again soon...

Wonderful to hear the Vlogs are here. I really was kind of lost without them and in the midst of calving too! Thank you so much for bringing them back. Looking at the drone overhead shot I can see why the designers wanted to start with the loading chute. Trucks have to back into the chute so you want it parallel to any obstacles. It looked like there was a pad (35:21) or something that the chutes alignment might interfere with trucks backing in but it could be the camera angle. Keep doing Wyoming proud Mike, us natives who have strayed far from home do live our Wyoming life through you and Erin and the family.

I have no doubt, that Arrowquip chute, sorting pens snd bud box system will be a long term relationship. I just purchased an Arrowquip chute. I’m goin to reverse the gate at the palpating cage, For me it’s easier to push than it is to pull. There is no telling how many chutes and systems they have sold due to exposure on your channel. I’m guess more than enough to make Arrowquip very happy with their relationship with you. I really enjoy your channel, I was exactly where you are now 30 years ago. You learn faster than I did.

Just a wee side note: Those hills not distant from your barn could be a great resource for finding indian artifacts. In future years, you may want to research those types of items and take the kiddos out to learn about 'archaeology.' Our native Americans routinely used elevated areas of the plain to watch for threats to their tribes. It's almost a guarantee that there are relics of their previous presence. You are doing a champion job taking the reins from Gilbert and your Bride is obviously a "workhorse" for the farming effort as well as being a most charming 'Lady of the Hacienda. Blessings to you all from Texas! 🤠

Mike you could use a steel workers tool it a open end wrench on one end and long round tapered handel use to align holes stick in one hole and you can pry it so hole closr by lines up put bolt in and so on so forth like high rise or other steel frame buildings when perlling are craned in tool helps aline hole keeping fingers and hands out of harms way but a large pin punch will work as substitute

I saw an earlier comment about using marking paint, which is a good idea. A way to make uniform radius or curved alley ways, would be to use 20ft sticks of 3/8 steel rebar. Their pretty flexible and easy to stake out on the ground, then spray with the marking paint.

Hey Mike. I don't know how far ahead of real time you are, so this may be too late. Working with steel like that we use what we call a spud bar. think of a round bar ground down to a point at one end. They have them with crescent ends, pry bar ends and so on. They would help I'm betting. Good job and have a good day!
