Took the plunge & installed dual exhaust on 2007 suburban. Install was partly what i expected. I did get a couple surprises.

I bought that same kit 2 1/2 years ago didn’t like the sound was to quiet, so I installed a flow master 40 series muffler last month with the same pipes now it sounds great.

Is that truck a 5.3, because mine is a 5.3 and it did not sound like that at all it was much more quiet

@Ralph Diaz ive been contemplating gettin the Gibson cat- back for my 2011 silverado, you said yours was quieter but he installed headers that will make a difference, also is your muffler round like this one if so its the wrong one! should be 8"×5"×14" oval muffler that is what the website shows and heres another Gibson install vid that will show you what its suppose to be & sounds like ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B2-f7_PuLEg.html let me know which set-up you got ✌

@@nevadaboy9769 it was the round one but I already change the muffler with a flow master 40 series much better sound.
