How to install Renderman for Houdini. Some people are having trouble installing Renderman for Houdini. But you need to install the correct python.
When installing with the Renderman Installer, after logging in, select "Show all", and click on Renderman 24.4 for Houdini (python 3).
Then you have to manual entering a script in the houdini.env
Which is located in the Documented folder and in Houdini(19).
Remember to enter -py3. After RFHTREE=C:\Program Files\Pixar\RenderManForHoudini-24.4-py3
Then Houdini knows to run it as python 3

how can we install Older versions of renderman ...I need to install Older versions in houdini and blender..but Older downloads not seeing in pixar site..and new version dont support at all...please guide me

I tried the same,, but not rendering showing error -Output driver not supported in Apprentice version. And in solaris file failed to save image.

This is the code to go with after you installed Renderman, Server and Phyton: RMANTREE="C:\Program Files\Pixar\RenderManProServer-24.2" RFHTREE="C:\Program Files\Pixar\RenderManForHoudini-24.2" RMAN_PROCEDURALPATH=$RFHTREE\19.0.383\openvdb;& HOUDINI_PATH=$RFHTREE\19.0.383;& PATH=$RMANTREE\bin;& double check with your filepaths and adjust the version you need. Also make sure your Houdini version is either phyton 2 or 3 which can differ often. Thanks

You have to have only one HOUDINI_PATH .../another HOUDINI_PATH as writtenin next row is ignored by Houdini... so you need to put all paths in one (only for HOUDINI_PATH ) something like HOUDINI_PATH="renderengine1;renderengine2" ... semicolon is important to tell H after semicolon you have another path
