thank you for making video i have some qustion can you help me?? first of all what is your motorcycle type?? I'm from iran and i have a cz 250 cc , type 485 , 1982 - 1896. I searched a lot of sites for clutch plates, but I did not find anything on sites that sold Java components. Finally, I emailed a site called Java Part and asked why , they said type485 was made for export. That is why the parts are not found in the Czech Republic. As I found out, the 250cc engine (the same engine in your video) has been installed on the motorcycle for decades with minor changes, and I even heard from an old man with a history of repairing a Java motorcycle. . . He said: the clutch type 485 is the same as 350 cc type 634. Do you know anything about this? Sir I have a Yezdi 250cc model B bike (1979). I have fixed a 12v5ah exide battery 6months ago. Iam afraid the battery is not getting properly charged. I am using a Hero Honda 100 cc rectifier/regulator. please advise if using two 6amp diodes in place of the rectifier/regulator will set things right for me and if yes how to do it. Thanks. No my friend, I am not washing the lubricant. Chain will come with shellock gasket gum it prevent from rust.if we not washed with fuel (only Patrol) that lubricant will not work properly.and fuel is good mixture of lubricant so there is no problem with fuel. Thank for your comment
And thanks for the Video. I have Road king. Where my Bike clutch will become loose for every 20-25kms. And I have a v.bad mileage around 16km per litre. Please suggest me for clutch
