This BMW wallbox is scalable. Can support single phase 10A to 16A but limited to 7.4kW. If 3 phase can go up to 32A 22kW

If you're using the same BMW i-Wallbox as me you can set the system to RFID only. So without it, the system won't allow the charge, therefore preventing stealing

Yes, max BMW PHEV 3.7kW which takes 2 hours of charging assuming below 10%. 3 Pin plug charge will takes 4.5 hours to full. My line of work does lots of short travels so I need my X5 to be juice up quickly

Depends on how low % of battery. But my X5 can only charge at a maxed speed of 3.7kwh

I need it to juice up my X5 quickly as I do lots of short travelling due to my work as real estate agent. If I'm doing office 9-5 job, then I don't need it. But then again I'm also preparing to upgrade my wife e84 x1 to BEV in 2 years time, so just preparing the setup

It's depending a lot on your current setup. For mine only cost RM400 from the insulator

for AC charging fastest is currently 22kW. I brought from another X5 owner for RM3.8k (new), I think some private seller selling cheaper now.

Yes, more or less. Installer showed me the settings using the manual. Quite easy to switch if you need to step up/down

I brought mine brand new from another X5 40e owner around Rm3,8k. There is a seller at Lazada selling new BMW i-wallbox. Btw congrats to your i4
