Our 4D56T powered L300 Delicas over boost valve popping. To diag the issue we installed a boost gauge then tracked down the cause of issue.
Mitsubishi Delica L300, Pajero, L200.

I have raw footage for probably 30 videos, which I have yet to find time to edit... i think fuel pump may be one of them...

In case the variable is stuck (actuator is fine, but the variable in the turbine won't move a dime), what to do? Is there an easy way to unlock it?

If the waste gate itself is stuck you can usually spray penetrating oil into the shaft and slowly work it back and forth with a pair of pliers. Don't force it and take your time, it should eventually free up
