Bro i have a entre gamepad i soldered all the wire like u said but when i use the pedals only accelerator works but when i accelerate the x axis moves upward i use B10k potentiometer for all and i use clutch too
I've steering wheel and pedals but don't have Gear Shifter it's okay you showed very easy way but unfortunately u know at the same time two controllers can't be used 😢
Bro I am having major issue with race brake clutch and steering My controller has 8 pins in the mid just upper the analog button while your controller has 10 pins, even though I tried wiring in mid 6 pins yet I can't get it to working

You try the default calibration. goto the USB joystick properties>setting. 1. First click the calibration setting Reset to default. 2. Goto the Test tab. 3. Check your wheel has centered correctly and that it works fine. if it has correct don't worry. 4. Again get the setting tab>Calibarate don't touch your wheel then skip wheel calibration(click Next). 5. The other calibrations ( z-axis, z-rotation) can calibrate( gas, Brake paddles)

This is so cool man, incredible thinking! I'd assume this works with hall effect sensors and load cells too because they all send out variable voltages to make an analog signal, have you tried these in the past?
Very nice all the videos bad thing u are using controllers for this, you are limited to the sensibility of the controller sticks that are horrible. that direction can be 1000% better and perfect sensitivity using hall sensors and magnets and arduino

HI, i have some questions- 1. How do you connect many wires to the same terminal (GND and VCC) 2.. Instead of using micro switches, can i put the ground wire on the shifter stick and the other terminal on whichever terminal of the buttton it is supposed to be? 3. How is the deadzone of this controller?
1. put all the GND and VCC wires into the (2:47) screw terminal blocks. 2. yes you can. 3. you can adjust a little from the Xbox 360 software (some games). but cannot remove it. anyway, it is a little bit harder but it doesn't matter, You can see my gameplay from my channel.
So I did the exact same thing but while calibration my wheel just picks up signal in one direction like from middle to extreme right not from extreme left to extreme right is there a fix or solution for this?

I had this in mind, but after read description it's big no. Cheap ass gamepad has big deadzone, making wheel turn effectively only 90° But for arcade racing game still a hope.
