This video shows how to install a new receiver hitch (CURT MODEL 13041) on your 1978-1997 Dodge B Van. The van in this video is a 1985 B150 Royal. The procedure should be pretty much the same for any full size Dodge van. On my van I had to elongate the holes for the bumper brackets and install them opposite orientation from the instructions.
1977 and back B Vans apparently differ though this hitch could be possibly made to work? One would have to investigate further for the older models.
