Setup zone definitions, because your motion sensor keeps removing you the possibility to arm but set it to interior definition. I love your videos by the way you are amazing
If you can't find a discrete setting for AM/PM, it's possible that inputting the time in 24-hour (military) format might work. For example, program the time as <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1173">19:33</a> to represent <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="453">7:33</a> PM.
Thanks I like the security system once all done but to be honest I don’t like programming them and physically installing them because I’m not very good at it I find fire alarm a lot easier lol
I know that this is an old video I am installing a DSC NEO 128 zone on my home. I wanted to give you some options that you may not know about go into programming and hit 860 on your keypad it will tell you the keypad number. From there you can customize the keypad to scroll open zones, LCD Message as your last name and or Garage System. Using the HOST transceiver you can have wireless keypads in the house and and also power g wireless motions, glass break detectors and wireless keypads. You are able to have multiple partitions so the house and the garage can be two seperate systems using one control panel that you already have. They have wireless sirens that can be used with power g also. This is by far a great system and with your videos I have installed alot of the system myself.

You would want to ARM your system to STAY and Leave should you have family members left in the house when you leave for work. You will want to ARM AWAY only when the last person leaves the house for the day. You would want Interior doors such as an interior basement door or interior attic door so you can get the status if those are closed or open. On my system I need to know if an interior door is closed so the dog will not wander to the basement and the interior attic door so in my absence or in cold weather it does not come open whether I am at home or Away so it does not freeze the interior of the house.
