Hey Man, couple of comments... 1) with all love, FFS you are a firefighter, rent a ladder if you have to. 2) You will be soooo much happier in a few years if you wrap that whole thing with insulative wrapper (will email a link to ya) I have put in about a dozen of these for pocket server closets and they work tonnes better with insulation (about 10f better chilling and about 20% less power usage)
