Would have loved to have seen how the actual installation of all the cables and hookups went instead of skipping over. I'm dealing with the exact same radio but on a 2019 GT where sync 1 has the same back processing head as sync 2 as shown here.

Not the best idea to mod the infotainment center. A lot of aftermarket systems are really laggy and unresponsive

This wasn’t a cheap screen so it’s pretty good quality. had it for a couple days. It’s running smooth and if it gives me a problem. I can put it back to stock.

I use that similar screen on s197 honestly not bad at all 8.5 out of 10 and it looks amazing in s197 which didn't have a screen to start with

Dont do it bro. It can do some damage to your car in the future. I had chevy cruze and i put screen like that. Now the car always needs to be jump started in 5 and below decrees weather. Changed the battery still the same. Now i have a 2021 mustang 5.0 i dont think i will ever put that screen in my car. Only will do that if its straight from ford.

We just got our Mustang and have had two previous newer cars with Android Auto and we are missing it. Seems like the Ford SYNC thing got cancelled which also limits things.
