Installing an Alcantara Headliner in my Camaro (Without removing the windshield) 

Looks good.. a few helpful tips if you decide to do it again.. when spraying the adhesive, do one good coat, on both the material and the headliner, let it tack up, and apply a second coat.. and when doing the edges, leave enough material so you can roll the edges over- it keeps it from separating/peeling when it starts to age. All in all, a job well done though. Keep up the good work

Looks great! I’ve been in the process of putting alcantara in my interior as well so it’s awesome to see how you did all this and the process. Badass work all on your own with no other hands

Kudos to you! I took my headliner out to install starlights in it and it was not easy. Besides taking basically all interior out? It's a very tight and delicate process to get it out of the door. Great job.

Kayla when I did mine instead of cutting around the holes for lights and sun visors, clips, I just cut a X in it that way nothing is visible from the bottom. Great job Kayla 👍😊 Aussie Fan 🤘🇦🇺🆒

This is exactly what I needed to see. That headlight piece above rattles and its annoying cause I have a sound system. I wanted to see how I could remove it and add some sort of padding to prevent it from rattling. Thank you for the vid.

Thank you for not removing the bit where you put it in upside-down. It happens, it's real. My version is following a good clean-up and double-check on fastened stuff, forgetting the wheel blocks when the car comes back down. Fire it up, gear in, "Wait, why am I not moving?" Erm...oh!

Great work. Most headliners can only be removed without creasing by removing the windshield that's how manufacturers recommend anyway

Literally saved yourself over a few grand doing it yourself which is cool, I’m definitely going to buy new carpet and seat covers and cushions for my 04 new edge instead of taking it to get reupholstered

From what I can remember you should spray the part ur putting the material on & also the cloth & you should let it sit for a little while so it gets sticky also..lol from what I saw you sprayed way to much glue, but I give you a lot of credit for jyst tearing into it & trying..👍

I've never had good luck with headliner glue of any brand. If I were to do something like this I would get heavy duty industrial glue. I just can't trust it in the sun

So, I am to picky , I would have called the company that sold me the new headliner, and let them know that 44K people are wanting to know how fast are you going to send a correct size replacement. HAA HA

Why in the world would you have to take a windshield out to remove a headliner? Ive done a few in different vehicles and they can easily be bent slightly without hurting them.

All men pray God to have a girlfriend like you I fully understand you. It is so hard to work alone, sometimes you need to do 2 or 3 things at the same time. Sometimes you wish to have 3 hands to do things better.

Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime :-(!!!!
