It's the same one as stock! Just cut open to fit

No extras needed. This unit is designed for S60/V70/XC70, but pre facelift. I have the same unit for five years now, happy with it. Just the GPS module seems a bit weak, but usually succeeds to find the route again after a while.

Nope no static at all! The only noise you guys can hear from the video is coming from the ac "buttons unit" which is making a huming sound

It is a Chinese off brand radio!" I bought it used! Just make measurements of you your head unit and order the proper one that fits!

I unfortunately don't have the link for the radio unit since I bought it off my friend... I believe it did have adapters for the rca cables!

No! After installing it you will not be able to use the steering wheel buttons!

You can if you get the correct kit, check out Crutchfield, I just ordered a new deck and harness that supports steering wheel controls for our 2004 V70

Unfortunately if you have the water fall console I don't think this exact unit could fit! Since the radio and cd player is built into the climate control panel!

@TankGarage ohhh nice...so you just put it on the new audio? Didn't need any like extension or anything it made it work? Do you happen to remember the size of the new piece? I know you got it from. A friend and aren't sure the brand and all that but do you recall the size?

Unfortunately because of the way the radio unit is made on the S80 it is extremely hard to have something for it! Since the radio is connected on the waterfall design to most of the ac and heat controls! There are some Chinese options for head units but it would mean I would need to cut out a hole in the to of the dash which I'm not to inclined in doing...

It should if you have the same infotainment unit!

He got it from a friend but at least he could have shown the brand and model number or whatever is printed on there. Some systems provide manufacturers information in the settings.

There wasn't any branding/name on the unit. And I didn't take the time to go inside of the device settings to see if there was something identifying it there

And also with exhaust, because I don’t want to straight pipe my car but yet I can’t find any exhaust

For the exhaust check out elevate out Becker they make catbacks! Which would end up cheaper for you!

@@Evisuusg There is no bodykit available at the moment for the S80! One company makes spoilers and ducktails but that's almost it!

I don't know the producer of this unit unfortunately! It does not have any branding on it! I purchased it from someone so I couldn't tell you where he bought it from unfortunately!

It's was a brand less android unit... I would love to help out and give the name of the unit but we de not have that car anymore unfortunately!
