Installing an Artificial Green Wall / Fake Plant Wall onto a Fence

Spent $700 on wall panels on the 19/2/2019 ( 4 Mixed Jungle and 2 ivy ) About a year and a half i noticed the mesh backing that the plastic plants plug onto was cracking and falling apart.The imitation plants on the front of the panel were ok. Now when i went to buy the wall panels I told the sales person the panels would be mounted outside she told me the panels were uv stablised with 5 year guarantee no problem will last even longer. Well in January 2022 after the lock downs i went to their store to tell them the problem, i was gobsmacked with the BS they came out out of their mouths after showing photo's of the UV damaged,cracking and falling apart plastic backing mesh which holds the whole thing together . The first thing, the lady who i don't know her name and Bella did is they would not admit that the plastic was cracked and breaking apart even after enlarging the picture for them just said nothing it was mind boggling to me . then the lady says after having a second look comes up with i didn't put enough cable ties so its flapping in the wind and causing the problem i said what? no way its the problem as nothing is flapping then she says ill give you some cable ties to fix it ,i said no this is a UV problem , this went on for 20 mins. then was told to send a email to their sales department . Bella said she sent A email too. So now i am writing this on the 25/7/2022 after 10 visits to there shop multiple requests to Bella the sales girl to fix this problem who keeps telling me she cant do anything because its up to the owners who she can never get in contact with, more sent emails calls to Georgina Oxley the customer service manager who never answers her phone i still have no resolve . All i want is a replacement .This company hides behind our useless consumer laws knowing the consumer has to spend the time and lots of money to fight them .So if you buy from them BE VERY AWARE if you have a warranty/ Guarantee issue you will be stonewalled and get no help from this Terrible company. The owners of this company should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers like this as i am not the only one they have treated like this after some review Googling searches .
