The install went pretty smooth. Stock sized lobster claws will need to be stretched over the pipe like I did in the video. Make sure to not damage the ring on the maf when installing it into the MAF housing. This pipe will require changes to the ECU's Tune due to the 85mm maf housing. Nice team work!! Hoping my step daughter Emily will one day help me.. Hey, when we were chatting at SoCal Euro, did you notice that guy point out your missing hose clamp on the drivers lobster claw? Whered it go? lol Sorry, not a keyboard pirate.. Great work, wish he made one that accommodated the engine covers.. I don't run the valve cover, covers.. but I will be rocking my poorly made carbon ones.. And the vcds fcm test didn't work, or the video I watched didn't work on my car as shown in the video.. It ran my fuel pump then started firing injectors with the engine off! I quickly stopped that cause I don't need hydralock issues! Can't wait to rev her up!

That’s would be awesome if she does. Yah it broke during install and I didn’t have time to get a new one. It’s not slipping off easy so I wasn’t worried about it. Good eye tho.

I actually got the same exact Y pipe from SEP a few days ago and i notice that the little flange that the bolts go on the pipe itself its not on mine just like yours. I was wondering if you had any problem with the Y pipe vibrating or movin at all? Nice video by the way

That’s awesome. Correct it will just lay ontop of the intake manifold and it’s held in place by the inlet couplers. I have not had any issues with it so far. Thank you very much for watching it.

What made u go with silicone throttle body boot instead of the SEP bipipe welded to the throttle body?

Hey i have a question. If you accelerated fast and started smelling ammonia what does that mean. I dont know where its coming from and I have no leaks

Ammonia is not a smell a car usually will make. Rotren eggs smell is the most common and that means your cats are getting too hot from having too much fuel or not enough fuel. Do you have a check engine light or any fault codes stored?

@@GermanEliteTuning it's comes on then goes away. Nothing really I think it's towards the temp sensor which I got a new one but it doesn't act differently just on acceleration it sleeps like cat piss

@@GermanEliteTuning and it's bone stock so there's no reason for it to be any lean or rich other then it's OEM tuning. Everything is stock I just hit 103k original miles
