Installing Battery Switch for Tractor Forklift Battery 

Since an old tractor and forklift battery was constantly draining, we aimed to protect the battery and extend its life by installing a terminal disconnect switch. In this video, we show step by step how to install the battery switch and make cable connections.
Materials:
Pole disconnect switch
Cable lug
Cable
Screwdriver
Drill
pliers
Tape
Steps:
1-Make a template and mark the connection points of the battery switch with paper.
2-Drill holes to mount the battery switch to the desired location on the tractor.
3-Connect the cable lugs to the battery switch.
4-Press the cable lugs in the vise.
5-Connect the cables to the battery switch.
6-Fix the cable connections with tape.
