Fyi that plastic hook that you took off where you use a tool to push in the tabs to take it out, there actually a button you push in and the tabs go in
Brah! I Installed this on my 2022 XSE, Looks good BUT NOT bright as the Factory LED and poorly manufactured, Reinstalled my OEM Lights, When it comes to after market Lights, They are All JUNK
Mine finally came! Just got em installed I went with the BWB just wanted to let the community know mine came with the older white wire you must splice into the license plate light not a big deal or difficult most nerve wracking part for me was un clipping the upper portion of the rear bumper all in all difficulty level is about 4/10 so worth it and the the wait! only due to the harbor jam but thanks again for your video best tutorial on you tube for this project!
Please message me on Instagram. HRS has a new batch of taillights that require an extra step. I installed a pair on my friend Camry yesterday and made a video but it’s not ready to be posted
I got a question I installed the exact same taillight the right one was fine but when I was doing the left one i noticed that there was an overhang at the bottom is that normal or I installed it wrong?
Hello there! I wanted to ask if these tail lights work on a Camry SE 2022 i want to order them but I’m afraid since I’m a year ahead it won’t be compatible, appreciate the video!
Just want to add that you should take the bracket on the bottom of the old light and put it on the new one. It pops off and fits perfectly in the new one. That way you can put the third bolt in the new light.
@@jayou1987 the outter taillights are plug and play the the inner ones you have to split and connect with the license plate lights wire. It works just fine. When I did my research that’s what everyone says that needs to be done to work properly.
has anyone had there’s come with bad bulbs? I just installed mine and one of The DRL don’t turn on. You know how there’s like 3 lines that goes up well the first one doesn’t light up😩
@@Anvilosrs yeah they’re usually pretty good with that stuff I ordered the SBW tails for a friend a few months back and I just message them last week about a replacement light cause it had condensation. I received it by the end of the week.
@@crimsonkamuri Wait so you didn’t have to ship them the Tail light before receiving the replacement? I was stressing because i though i had to ship them the defective light and wait until they tested it and THEN i get sent the replacement.
@@Anvilosrs no when you email them you just send them a video and or picture for proof that’s it’s defective and they will send out the replacement for free
No instructions included I did a whole bunch of RU-vid research and realize there wasn’t really good video out there throughly explain the process so that’s how this video was made lol
I just installed mine today. It works fine but the start up animation isnt working or atleast i dont see it during the day. would that have to do pushing the se wire in with more pressure or what wire does that have to do with?
It’s hard to see it during daylight. But if you turn off your headlights and turn them back onto “Auto” it should work. If not then I could be the SE wire because I had a rough time with the driver side one.
I installed tail lights but it wasnt a plug and play for the SE I need to cut a wire that was connected to the license plate and connect it to the tail lights but the day time tail lights won’t work
Then you didn’t have the same lights that I installed. As seen in the video mine were plug and play. BRB from HiRevSports is the title of the video. Glad you was able to figure out yours though !
@@crimsonkamuri had the same problem and i ordered the brb taillights. looks the current batch has a different harness included, ours is all white and doesn't have that connector with the le/se tag on it. had to leech of the license plate positive wire.
Ok just come at me for the way I talk. This is a car channel not English class. And your literally watching the first video off the channel. It was made bad for a reason.
@@crimsonkamuri just ball bustin, homie. I appreciate the video, clearly. I watched the whole damn thing and I also said thank you. I don’t do beefs. Are we cool? 🤜🏾
These are the exact ones off the website I’ve been providing. None of the taillights are tinted. They all have different variations of black, red, clear, or chrome lens, housing, and lights. On HRS website these specific taillights are the very first thing that pop up on the list.
I didn’t take off the bumper. And it is necessary to take down the bumper to reach/take out the 10mm bolt connecting the OEM taillight to the rear end.
I just pre ordered mine bro Thanks for the vid. Also i saw people that they dont have to open up the bumper to remove the stock lights just the 2 bolts on the tailight and they just pull it out and it come off.
No you have to open up the bumper because there a 10mm bolt underneath holding in the OEM taillights. It’s literally just two push ins inside the fender and and two 10mm outside the outer taillight. If you try to squeeze in you are risking cracking your bumper.
I don’t have them anymore but I never had issues with them. My friend who has them now has no issues either. Luckiest pair of aftermarket tails I’ve had even my new ones are running good
@@crimsonkamuri Hey quick question, when you don't turn the key all the way it does the animation in sync, but once you turn the key all the way, is the animation little off??
@@crimsonkamuri Because when I turn the key half way...the animation turns on already and its in sync, but then once I turn the key all the way to turn the car on it does the animation again but not in sync. Idk y
Thanks for making it. I have a Avalon 2021 and I am going to order some new taillights from them. I am not sure if to get the v1 or v2 lights I am still thinking on that part. This video was helpful in seeing the quality and fitment
