In this installment of my enclosed trailer conversion build series, I'm showing you how to install E track rails on the floor and the walls of an enclosed trailer. This is a very important step in my process of building my ideal enclosed trailer motorcycle hauler/camper conversion setup. Adding E Track to the floor of my enclosed cargo trailer will give me a ton of flexibility when it comes to securing and hauling motorcycles either one or two at a time. Thanks to the quick and easy adjustability of the E track motorcycle tie down system, I can switch between one or more motorcycle mounting setups in the trailer on the fly and still have tons of room left to use this setup as a cargo trailer camper as well.
As far as E track installation, enclosed trailer flooring and walls offer ample opportunities to anchor the E track to both the plywood floor using wood screws and the trailer frame and wall studs using self-drilling screws.
