I think u should strongly consider venting the cold void between Insulation and the grp deck. Might otherwise rot away from underneath. I think this has happened in some of your previous jobs but u just re-did the deck instead of venting it I love and appreciate ur videos btw, just trying to help out

I don't really understand this roof underneath the osb has more then 100mm gap and have venting gaps front and back. Do i miss something 🤔 ??? My be you can see better on the video before this one

Great video.👍 Need your advice, I've done warm roof on my gardenroom, I did half of roof before Xmas and covered it because of weather. I noticed the osb board had wet patches of rain. On my roof first is 18mm osb +vapour barrier + PIR Insulation +11mm. Shall I take off 11mm osb board and dry them? Or take off everything? and re-do everything. Thanks

Take all off and make sure all is dry. If not, all that moisture is going to be trapped in between layers and is going to create some headache in a few year's time

Shall I take off the couple of layers I did aswell? Because its on gutter side water would have gone underneath it. Thank you so much for replying

No problem. Bad timing to do this type of work i will recomend to wait for a couple of weeks my be the weather is going to jet better
