Installing dead ends on your KTM, Husky or GasGAs bike is pretty easy when you have the right tools. That's why we include a full installation kit with our solid brass dead ends. The 2 alignment collars are key to a straight cut. It is also critical to use a high speed 5/8-11 steel tap which we include, and not a carbon steel tap. HSS cuts threads and carbon steel "rolls" threads. This increases friction and may lead to a broken tap in your bar end. We also sell the dead ends alone for those already equipped with the right tools.
