Installing Jellyfin on TRIGKEY S5 Mini PC | Jellyfin Proxmox 

Works really well in my experience. We usually only have 1-2 streams going at any one time though.

You can get the movies from wherever you like, free online movies, backing up your own dvd collection or even family home videos! You can download them to the SSD running Jellyfin or like me, connect your NAS to Jellyfin and have it get the movies from there. It can handle plenty, definitely Jellyfin and a Webserver. I've currently got it running a Minecraft server, Jellyfin, and Bookstack (A documentation system) all at once!
