Just a suggestion - An old towel (or something similar) placed on top of the front guard (to protect paint) - alleviating any tears if the light 'slips' when mucking around with it.

When I do any work on the bike I always put a folded towel over any paint work like the front guard under the headlight incase you drop a spanner or screwdriver on paint just for protection. Good point about the colour of your bike and foggy weather Rob.
@@ThrottleDownunder I just did a full led swap on my quad light bar and twin Orem replacement took an hr and cost 100$ went from a candle in a jar to 10000 lumens they burn the retinas out of the possums from a mile away hehe worth it ? Hell yeah

Love the look of the Hog light and soooooo much better for those evening rides too… Rog has had to lead the way a few times on the evening runs (before I got Stevie )cause the standard lights on the tourers aren’t the greatest. Can’t wait to see the running lights in action that will really light up the road well! Great vid and thanks for sharing xxx
Looks good mate !! I put a hog works halo head light in my RKS when I first got it , it is a bit more wiring work , than just a plug and play though for aussie models ... The Harley lights are so weak !!! I also recommend getting a rear fender Tri - bar tail light for more visability , the wiring is already there, just plug it in .... But I still don't understand why we have to do all this on expensive Harleys , why didn't leds come standard ??

DO I NEED TO BUY "Black Mounting Bracket & Ring for 7" LED" Or it fits without that ? I bought from motea the simple headlight like that on video . the only I need to do is the same on video for instal? thanks!
hmmmm.... you didnt adjust the headlight. You can't just swap it. It needs to be properly pointed or else light is likely to go where you dont want it..
