I have a Lenovo precision pen 2 and i just unpacked and haven't charged yet, but do I need to charge it before it will actually be able to draw or write on screen?
I have the Active Pen 2. I am trying to set the lower barrel button 2 to the webpage, it keeps pulling up the wacom home page. But my homepage is set to google. I have tried to call tech support and have googled, but cannot seem to find an answer...
I have the same type of Lenovo pen for the Yoga c930, I want to know what kind of pen this is? I have been using it for a year and this week it isn't working and I feel like it's not even recognized. When I open the setting there is no battery sign. Does this type of pen need a change of battery? or Do I need to replace the pen with a new one after a specific time. Any help would be appreciated.
Can I pair it with bluetooth (Lenovo base pen 2) so I can find it with "Find my pen"? And it only has two buttons on the side, there's no top button so what do I do
When I draw with my pen/stylus, every time I lift it up it draws in between letters, it is extremely annoying when I writing. Do you by chance know how to fix it?
I just purchased one. I was able to update the computer BIOS from Lenovo Vantage. After that, I visited the lenovo pen app installed on my pc from the Microsoft app store and turned off Hover click for both bottom. Try changing Ink free selection from Bluetooth & devices > Pen & Windows Ink
So I tried installing Lenovo Pen Settings but it says "A supported Tablet was not found on the System". I'm using Lenovo Miix 700 so I'm directly drawing on its touchscreen. I checked my system if it had a wacom tablet driver but it's not there. Can anyone help me?
you can't use pen in all lenovo models and I think you need to use lenovo active pen 1 or lenovo active pen 2. whichever is compatible to the laptop model you have
Hi. Thanks for the video. I am searching for a compatible mouse pen for my laptop (Lenovo P15s Gen 1). I will be thankful if you help me by introducing a suitable one. Thanks in advance
I have an idea pad flex 5, i lost the stylus which came with the purchase, i was thinking of buying the active pen 2 and uninstalled the lenovo pen settings app which was paired with my old pen, if i installed the app again can it pair with the new pen model?
When you change what the buttons do, if it updates to your stylus then it is working. I think Lenovo just changes it to the most updated model or something.
Most pens are bluetooth. For example the active pen will connect to any laptop and begin working. If it is a active pen it doesn't matter what computer.
That depends. If you have something like a Lenovo Active pen they will have a battery inside (AAAA). Don't usually worry about the battery life that it shows. I've found it to be pretty spotty. If you restart or something it might show the battery life full again. If the pen doesn't work sometimes and you get a notification then you might want to look into it
Ik this was abt a yr or so ago but does the active pen work with Lenovo ideapad flex14? There are so many Lenovo laptops touch screens and it’s beginning to be hard to tell when researching!
I bought a Lenovo Flex 5 and it came with a digital pen, but when i go to the Pen settings it says its not paired and I need to hold down the top button... My pen doesn't have a top button? Do you know how to fix, or was I sent the wrong pen?
Try connecting to bluetooth if you have that sort of pen. If that doesn't work, try contacting Lenovo for the pen support. (I've found it to be very helpful)
Yes. For this type of functionality. However if you'd like to use it in a more simple way such as just writing on the screen or quick sketches it will work.
Hi! I have a Yoga 900 laptop and it's telling me the Wacom Driver is needed to use Lenovo pen setting but when I go to install the driver via the link given it tells me that my tablet isn't supported. I'm not sure why.... any tips?
