It does work. I took back what I had said. Once people think it doesn't during the repeated reboot screen and running into circle with a backward slash in it, just hit reset on the hyper V menu and it should start working, after another two reboots where you can see the virtual hard drive and click continue twice again. @fireCulex Thank you for the Video, I do the same but when i reached to Erase the HD after then it Pop Up an error An internet connection is required to install macOS.
what I do have qualms are if this process allows us to boot into recovery mode to remove local accounts not tied to an apple ID. It looks like it can't. The upper/lower case is super insensitive. I got my password wrong.
Unfortunately, resolution adjustment and graphic acceleration are not supported. Looking at github.com/acidanthera/MacHyperVSupport it would appear development is rather slow.
