In this video we show how to bench bleed a master cylinder before you put a master cylinder back onto the car. This ensures that all of the Air is out of the master cylinder. Once you get it on the car all four wheels need to be bled in a correct order. He start with the Front Driver side wheel and end with the rear driver side wheel. After completing the job we determined that the master cylinder was actually not the problem. The problem was air was introduced to all four wheels and that is why we could not get any pressure on the panel. Once we blend the two front brakes, we got the pedal to stiffen up. The video shows the process on how to install and check the booster for fluid inside andThe process of getting all the air out. At the end I go through some additional methods to verify your master cylinder is working properly. If you remove your brake lines and Off the master cylinder he will isolate the master cylinder to verify if it is working. If you don’t have any pressure buildup in the pedal it could be your master cylinder or it could be that you have air in all four brake lines to all four wheels.
