As for removal of said items, spin it upside down and remove the rod bearing caps and poke them out the top of the block by tapping with a rubber hammer or wood stick or something, depending on if you're saving the bearings or not. You will need to catch the piston as it comes out or it will drop on the floor after the rings are free of the block. As for the main bearing caps to release the crank, the rear and center will be annoying, gently pry against the block skirt and the crank and wiggle them out. Then yank the rest and lift the crank out of the cradles. Pistons are pressed in in most Datsuns without custom pistons. That means you need a rod heater and a press or a press and someone who knows how to use it. Rod heater is much easier.
