Concerning the cooling system: How did you solve the issue with pre-warming the engine leaving a thermostat regulating the water temp (small/big circuit)? Or are you just flushing the engine all the time over the electric water pump at full power?
It does take longer to warm up the car than a typical thermostat system for sure. But it does get to operating temperature, and fans are set to turn on and off at a set temperature.

I mounted my radiator in the back of a corolla but for some reason it keeps shooting presure out the cap whenever I get on it long story short I added swirl tank with 7 pound cap and still shoots pressure out when I give it a lot of gas when under load I decided to put old radiator( reasons I moved it not enough space for bigger radiator so moved to back ) back on in front and no problems I used aluminum tubing through whole car does it matter with geometry of tubing should they try to stay flat as possible and not rolorcoster through car ?
