How to install a typical Revit Add-in. Some Revit add-ins do have installer files, but a lot of Revit add-ins are like these, files that are simply downloaded and placed into the Revit Add-ins folder.
The add-in I use here is simply an example of one of the add-ins you can install, and the purpose of this video tutorial is to demonstrate that the related files are located properly in the folder structure. There are lots of Revit add-ins, some are free, some aren't.
oyumaa n see my comment below. if the add-in is not free, then you'll have to pay for it. It's possible that the add-in mentioned in the video was free at the time of recording, but has since become a paid add-in. In any case, the purpose of the video is to help those understand installation of add-ins in general, not "advertise" a specific add-in.
