Thanks for watching! If you enjoy the content, show your support by checking out our Merch Store! ⬇️ www.youtube.com/@Montanaoffroad1/store ***Disclaimer*** These guards are designed for basic protection and are not made to be constantly abused. They are great some someone wants some added protection but also not bouncing off rocks every time they go wheeling. If that is something that you are looking to do then go with a guard that mounts to the body and frame! Thanks for watching!

they are not quite wide enough for good side steps.....too narrow from the vehicle....they need another couple inches in width for a good footing to step up...otherwise its just your toes or your foot at an angle.

Hey buddy - what's the under door "kick plates" that you have on your jeep. Most notably seen around 2:50. They're black and have a patterned embossed plate shape to them. Rocker guards search with google gets me close. But I like what you have on yours. PS - 2006 TJ (LJ) Unlimited.

Hey man, I wish I knew! They came on the Jeep and I have never seen another one like them. I’ve had others ask so I have looked around and never been able to find anything similar. Sorry I couldn’t have been more help!

Man that’s some beautiful country there. Good looking rock sliders, like that you don’t have to drill into the jeep.

Adam, Like what you are doing with the TJ. When you blasted with penitrating oil, did you go through the holes in the body near the mounts and shoot in the direction of the bolts? Great Vids!
@Montanaoffroad1
@Montanaoffroad1 2 года назад
Thank you sir! Yes I did that as well as saturated the spot where the body mount meets the bushing. Not sure if it helped but I gave it a try anyway. I appreciate the kind words and thanks for watching!

Looks good, you're a lucky one, almost all TJ owners would've experienced some issues with those body bolts.

I purchased this exact model sliders almost two years ago and after having them shortened to match my custom fenders they look great. Definitely recommend if you need basic protection and are trying to install them yourself.
